Sentinel Vault provides cybersecurity advisory and training services including in-person and virtual cyber risk briefings, in-classroom courses (Vault Cyber Academy), the Sentinel Weekly subscription, and informational content on the website. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing for paid engagements are documented separately in an engagement letter or subscription agreement.
2. Informational content, not legal or specific advice
Content on this website (blog posts, the Cyber Checkup, briefing materials, and downloadable resources) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, or organization-specific advice. You should not rely solely on this content to make decisions about your specific cybersecurity posture or compliance obligations.
3. No client relationship until engagement letter
Submitting a contact form, taking the Cyber Checkup, or corresponding with us does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only when both parties sign an engagement letter or subscription agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All content on sentinelvault.net (including text, graphics, blog posts, episode scripts, training materials, the Sentinel Vault name and logo) is the property of Sentinel Vault Consulting unless otherwise noted. You may not republish, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Sentinel Weekly subscriptions
Subscriptions to Sentinel Weekly are billed annually or monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. We provide a 14-day refund window from the date of initial subscription. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but your subscription will continue through the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or services to harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our infrastructure, or any user account
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or other tools to collect content from the site without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our forms or services
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Vault Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sentinel Vault Consulting harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
